1 General Information and Introduction

3.4 Updating Account Information

If your personal details change (such as your mobile number or email address), notify joy11 customer support immediately. joy11 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on joy11 is ৳100 (per method). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

All deposit transactions are processed according to the rules of the respective payment provider. joy11 does not charge any additional fees on deposit transactions, though the payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• joy11 may temporarily hold withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

4.3 Currency Policy

All transactions on joy11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on joy11 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to claim this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it.

• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Through regular play and loyalty to the platform, you can advance to higher VIP tiers.

5.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

8.2 Closure at User Request

You may also request to close your account at any time. It is your responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed. Any unclaimed bonuses or outstanding rewards will be cancelled after closure.
